At Heartlands Cleaning Services we use two types of cleaning System, Texatherm and Hotwater extraction. It is important that we tell you a little about the systems we use, because we have gone to great lengths in reinvesting in technology, to produce and deliver a better service to our customers.

Texatherm System 

This unique process will allow us to safely attain superior results normally only associated with deep wet cleaning, whilst delivering to your clients all the benefits you would expect from a dry cleaning system.

Texatherm has been approved by Interface Europe and other leading carpet manufacturers. The Texatherm process solutions have been tested and safe for use on wool. The system achieves superb results on commercial carpets.

The cleaning of low profile commercial carpet tiles has always proved difficult as the lack of airflow often leaves the carpets over wet and retaining much of the dirt. The unique Texatherm System uses an exothermic reaction created by mixing two solutions and combining it with a heated pad, this creates a capillary action which in turn causes the oil film and dirt that is bound to the fibre to wick from the base to the surface where it can be absorbed by the pads.

Dry in 30 minutes, it cleans, disinfects and applies anti-static coating. Guaranteed not to stretch, shrink or split seams. Low moisture level with up to 60% reduction in cleaning time it leaves no resoiling sticky residues.  Environmentally friendly pH neutral carpet on completion.

Hot Water Extraction

With the use of hot water extraction, we pre-spray the carpet with a non-toxic solution. We then extract the solution and residue dirt using water heated to a set temperature.

Vacuum Motors - Heavy Duty 3 Stage Dual In-Series Vacuum System 1 x 3 stage heavy duty . The best permissible vacuum motor arrangement for top performance. 230 inches of water lift / 17 inches of mercury lift. Will operate up to 200 ft / 61 metres of vacuum hose

• Pump - 135 psi Induction Motor Pump with Flow Control Heavy duty non-maintenance motor. Will operate up to 100 ft / 30.5 metres of solution hose.

• Heating System - Built-in 3 Kw immersion heater with Low Level Safety cut-off 3 Kw heating element mounted inside the solution tank with adjustable temperature up to 70ºC and protected via a low water level safety cut-off.
